The Billy Pierce Quintet and the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra collaborated on the album Love At Sundown (Thai: ยามเย็น), released in 1996.

This album is a tribute to the musical legacy of King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX) of Thailand, a prolific jazz composer and saxophonist. It features orchestral and jazz quintet arrangements of the King’s original compositions.

Released to commemorate the 50th anniversary of King Bhumibol’s accession to the throne.
